Healthy Start Network
Program Description: The Network is a group of eight home visitation programs which meet on a quarterly basis. The network is to be a sort of "one stop shop" for professionals to make a referral for a family who are in need of home visitation for various reasons. The guiding design for the network is:
1. All children from pre-natal to age five need early experiences that honor their unique characteristics and provide warmth, love and positive learning experiences.
2. All families need support and encouragement so they can achieve their won goals and provide a safe and nurturing environment.
