Library Services
The Summit County Library provides a variety of services, including information both current and historical on a plethora of subjects. Books, magazines, newspapers, books on tape and CD, videos, DVD's, and CD-ROMs make up the collection.Searching for information or materials may be accomplished on the on-line catalog and several databases. Interlibrary loan is available for materials not carried by the Summit County Library system.
All three libraries provide free Internet access. AV equipment may be rented at the main library in Frisco.
The Main Library and the North Branch Library in Silverthorne have free meeting rooms which may be reserved through the Summit County office at 453-3402.
On-going programs and services are offered for children, teens, and adults.
The Summit County Library Outreach Services “From Our Library to You, Books and More at Your Door” delivers books to the homebound.
