Foreclosure Sale Procedures
The Summit County Public Trustee Office schedules foreclosure sales once a week at the South Front Door of the Old County Courthouse located at 208 Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado on Fridays at 10:00AM.
Please refer to the list on the left for updated schedules.
Sales are conducted by the Public Trustee on Deeds of Trust containing a power of sale. The procedure for conducting the foreclosure is set by Colorado State Statutes.
