TAXES DUE ON RENTAL OF HOTELS, CONDOS, TIME-SHARES AND B&Bs, CONDOMINIUM AND VACATION HOME RENTAL Francies Cabin

Attention property rental managers: This is a popular time for vacationing in Colorado.
Did you rent a house or condominium to someone?
Did that person rent the house or condominium for less than 30 days?
If the answer is "yes," you likely owe sales tax on that rental.
You may also be liable for other taxes such as a county lodging tax.
