BUILDING: Fees are based on building valuations, which shall include total value of work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment and permanent systems. If, in the opinion of the building official the valuation is underestimated on the application, the applicant may need to show detailed estimates to meet the approval of the building official. Final building permit valuation shall be set by the building official. Please call the office for an estimated fee based on your building valuation.

RESIDENTIAL = This fee includes construction of, or remodeling of, or additions to: Single family homes, Modular homes, Duplexes, Condominiums, and Townhomes, (based on the enclosed living area).

time and material (total cost to customer), and such fees shall be computed

$2001, but not more than $50,000 $22.00 per thousand or fraction thereof
$50,001, but not more than $500,000 $21.00 per thousand or fraction thereof PLUS $50.00
